Einleitung

Introduction

Introduction

Ich suchte eine Lösung zur möglichst einfachen Aktualisierung der Karte mit den Koordinaten der Nistkästen in einem Gebiet, wo ich die Verantwortung der Kontrolle und Reinigung derselben übernommen hatte. Das geht heutzutage natürlich am einfachsten, wenn die Koordinaten mittels GPS-Lokalisierung erfasst und danach auf einer Online-Karte auf dem bevorzugten elektronischen Gerät angezeigt werden. Weiter suchte ich eine effiziente Unterstützung bei der Erfassung der Daten für die statistische Auswertung während der Nistkastenkontrolle.

I was looking for a solution to update the map with the coordinates of the nesting boxes as easily as possible in an area where I had taken on the responsibility of checking and cleaning them. Of course, the easiest way to do this nowadays is to record the coordinates using GPS localization and then display them on an online map on the preferred electronic device. I was also looking for efficient support in recording the data for statistical analysis during the nesting box inspection.

Je cherchais une solution pour mettre à jour le plus facilement possible la carte avec les coordonnées des nichoirs dans une zone où j'avais pris la responsabilité de les contrôler et de les nettoyer. De nos jours, le moyen le plus simple de le faire est bien sûr de saisir les coordonnées par localisation GPS et de les afficher ensuite sur une carte virtuelle sur l'appareil électronique préféré. Je cherchais également un soutien efficace pour la saisie des données en vue de l'analyse statistique pendant le contrôle des nichoirs.

Entstanden ist diese Website / App, die mir eine grosse Hilfe war - und in Zukunft sein wird. Da ich glaube, dass auch andere Kontrolleure von dieser Funktionalität profitieren können, stelle ich dieses Werkzeug gratis für alle zur Verfügung, die Bedarf haben. Viel Spass 😉

• Gegebenenfalls über die Funktion "Neu" ein ganz neues Nistkastenprotokoll erstellen.

• Vor der ersten Nutzung der Website / App wird die Funktion "Einstellungen" aufgerufen. Im Eingabefenster kann ein Name für das Gebiet vergeben und der Name des Kontrolleurs eingegeben werden. Ausserdem kann die Standard-Artenliste je nach erwarteten Arten bearbeitet werden. Mit "OK" werden die aktuellen Einstellungen übernommen, durch "Abbrechen" können alle Anpassungen verworfen werden.

• The work during the nesting box inspection can be accelerated by recording all nesting boxes in advance. To do this, the window for creating a nesting box is opened for each nesting box according to a plan that is hopefully available using the blue button with the "+" symbol. During preparation, only the unique number of the nesting box is entered and transferred to the data via "Save". A new button immediately appears in the overview for the nesting box you have just created.

• Die Daten vom Vorjahr über die Funktion "Laden" aus der abgelegten Datei in den Browser übernehmen.

• Die Protokolldaten über die Funktion "Vorbereiten" zurücksetzen. Danach sind die Daten der Nistkästen auf den Zustand direkt nach der Erstellung zurückgesetzt. Nur die eindeutige Nummer der Kästen, ihre Koordinaten und der letzte Status bleiben erhalten.
• Reset the log data using the "Prepare" function. The data of the nesting boxes is then reset to the status directly after creation. Only the unique number of the boxes, their coordinates and latest status are retained.
• Réinitialiser les données du protocole via la fonction "Préparer". Ensuite, les données des nichoirs sont réinitialisées à leur état juste après leur création. Seuls le numéro unique des nichoirs, leurs coordonnées et le dernier status sont conservés.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass manche Browser die Möglichkeit bieten, eine Website als App zu speichern. Das vereinfacht die Nutzung weiter, weil die App dann zum Beispiel sehr einfach vom Startbildschirm gestartet werden kann. Weniger gut ist aber, dass dann Verbesserungen an der Website / App nicht automatisch übernommen werden, wie das bei der Nutzung im Browser der Fall wäre. Meine Empfehlung ist deshalb diese Funktion nicht zu nutzen.

Veuillez noter que certains navigateurs offrent la possibilité d'enregistrer un site web en tant qu'application. Cela simplifie encore l'utilisation, car l'app peut alors être lancée très facilement à partir de l'écran d'accueil, par exemple. Ce qui l'est moins, c'est que les améliorations apportées au site web / à l'app ne sont pas automatiquement prises en compte, comme c'est le cas lorsqu'on utilise le navigateur. Ma recommandation est donc de ne pas utiliser cette fonction.

Unterwegs im Gebiet, wo die Nistkastenkontrolle durchgeführt werden soll, können die Daten der einzelnen Nistkästen mit dem Mobiltelefon sehr effizient erfasst werden.

When out and about in the area where the nesting box inspection is to be carried out, the data of the individual nesting boxes can be recorded very efficiently using a cell phone.

• Auf der Startseite das Symbol mit der Nummer des Nistkastens antippen, damit sich das Fenster zur Eingabe der Daten öffnet.
• On the start page, tap the symbol with the number of the nesting box to open the window for entering the data.

• Das Uhren-Symbol antippen, damit das aktuelle Datum und die Uhrzeit als Zeitpunkt der Kontrolle übernommen werden.
• Tap the clock symbol so that the current date and time are adopted as the time of the check.
• Appuyer sur le symbole de l'horloge pour que la date et l'heure actuelles soient reprises comme moment du contrôle.
• Falls die Koordinaten des Nistkastens noch nicht gesetzt sind oder nach einer Versetzung des Nistkastens aktualisiert werden sollen, das Globus-Symbol drücken, um die Koordinaten zu setzen. Dafür muss GPS aktiviert sein. Die Datenerfassung kann einige Sekunden dauern.
• If the coordinates of the nesting box have not yet been set or are to be updated after the nesting box has been moved, press the globe symbol to set the coordinates. GPS must be activated for this. Data acquisition may take a few seconds.
• Si les coordonnées du nichoir ne sont pas encore définies ou doivent être actualisées après un déplacement du nichoir, appuyer sur le symbole du globe pour définir les coordonnées. Pour cela, le GPS doit être activé. La saisie des données peut prendre quelques secondes.

• If the nesting box was occupied, click on the small triangle to the right of "Species" and select the species found. It is possible to select several species or manually enter species that are not in the list using the keyboard. Several species should be separated by commas.

Au retour d'un contrôle de nichoir, il est recommandé de suivre les étapes suivantes:

• Die Daten kontrollieren und allenfalls ergänzen.
• Check the data and complete it if necessary.
• Contrôler les données et les compléter si nécessaire.
• Die Daten über die Funktion "Speichern" in den lokalen Speicher (zum Beispiel Download-Ordner) herunterladen. Die so erzeugte sollte an einem sicheren Ort abgelegt werden (Backup nicht vergessen), damit sie im nächsten Jahr als Basis für die nächste Nistkastenkontrolle verwendet werden kann.
• Download the data to the local storage (e.g. download folder) using the "Save" function. The data generated in this way should be stored in a safe place (don't forget to back it up) so that it can be used as the basis for the next nesting box inspection next year.
• Télécharger les données dans la mémoire locale (par exemple le dossier de téléchargement) en utilisant la fonction "Enregistrer". • Die Daten der Nistkastenkontrolle werden durch Ihren Browser als sogenannte "Website-Daten" im Speicher Ihres Geräts gespeichert. Die Daten sind auch nach dem Schliessen des Browser-Fensters beim nächsten Aufruf der Website / App weiterhin vorhanden. Bitte beachten Sie, dass der maximale Speicherverbrauch auf 5 MB beschränkt ist, was aber in der Praxis kein Problem sein dürfte, denn das reicht für mehrere Tausend Nistkästen.
• The nesting box monitoring data is stored by your browser as so-called "website data" in the memory of your device. The data is still available the next time you open the website/app, even after you close the browser window. Please note that the maximum memory usage is limited to 5 MB, but this should not be a problem in practice, as this is enough for several thousand nesting boxes.
